Thank you for supporting ArtWorkCurt. Every order is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Original artwork may require additional preparation time for packaging and handling.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value purchases.

Large or high-value artworks may ship separately and may require additional handling time.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

ArtWorkCurt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ArtWorkCurt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to ship orders to a secure location.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damaged item. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select items. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
